Examples include an individual\u2019s name, date of birth, signature, address and contact details, occupation, employment history, family situations, bank account details, financial and tax information, IP address. Unless specified otherwise, \u2018personal data\u2019 or \u2018personal information\u2019 includes\u00a0Government Related Identifiers.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u2018Sensitive information\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0includes information or opinion about an individual\u2019s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions and\u00a0memberships, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of professional or trade associations or of a trade union, sexual orientation or practices, criminal record, health information including information about physical and mental health, notes on symptoms, diagnosis, disability and treatment, information about suitability for work and other health related information,\u00a0genetic and biometric information.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u2018Government Related Identifiers\u2019 (\u2018GRI\u2019)<\/strong>\u00a0are numbers, letters,\u00a0symbols\u00a0or a combination of all three\u00a0assigned by a State,\u00a0Territory\u00a0or Commonwealth\u00a0authority,\u00a0agency\u00a0or contracted service provider\u00a0to identify an individual or verify identity.\u00a0GRI may include\u00a0Tax File\u00a0Numbers, Medicare Numbers, Centrelink References, Driver\u2019s License Numbers and Passport details.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u2018Usage Data\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0refers to data collected automatically, either generated\u00a0using\u00a0our website\u00a0or from the\u00a0website\u00a0infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).\u00a0It\u00a0may include information such as\u00a0your\u00a0device\u2019s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our\u00a0website\u00a0that\u00a0you visit, the time and date of\u00a0your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.\u00a0\u00a0When\u00a0you access\u00a0our website\u00a0by or through a mobile device,\u00a0we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device\u00a0you use,\u00a0your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of\u00a0your mobile device,\u00a0your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser\u00a0you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>How We Collect and Hold Your Data\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>We will generally collect personal information:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>From you directly when you provide your details to us;<\/li>\r\n<li>From you indirectly through emails, forms, face-to-face meetings, interviews, registration and attendance at seminars, business cards, online queries and telephone conversations, and through use of services available through our websites, applications and social media channels (including our blogs and LinkedIn channels); and<\/li>\r\n<li>From third parties in some instances, for example, we may use third parties to analyse traffic at our website, our blogs and social media channels, which may involve the use of cookies.
