Matt and Clay, the dynamic duo behind Centro Concepts, share a journey that began with humble roots as carpenters and evolved into a thriving management, construction, and development business.

United by a passion for construction and expertise in project management, they transitioned from hands-on carpentry to delivering major projects throughout South East Queensland. This progression in their careers eventually led them to join forces and establish Centro Concepts, a company dedicated to the comprehensive management, construction, and development of a diverse array of projects.

Ray Stodart

Ray is an accomplished leader within the construction and major projects sector, his career spans across 44 years combining site experience through to senior project construction management.

Ray has a successful track record in delivering across demanding and complex projects on time, on budget and to specifcation. Projects managed to date range through to $600 million in value across residential, commercial, health, government.

Clay Kudla

Clay has 22+ years’ experience working in the construction industry bringing a diverse set of skills to the table, having worked on projects in residential, retail, office fit-out, industrial and government sectors.

Clay’s capabilities offer the key fundamental experience required to plan, manage, and monitor all key delivery responsibilities on any given project. Holding the ability to manage the team and advise the client and stakeholders accordingly, bringing clarification and transparency to ensure the product is delivered on budget, on time, and to high-quality standards whilst mitigating any potential risks.
